About the role This is an exciting opportunity to shape and embed organisational change that supports TAC’s strategic priorities. You’ll play a key role in delivering a tailored change approach for a pilot program focused on uplifting data literacy and governance across the organisation. Working closely with the Senior Insights Analyst, you’ll wrap change management around initiatives already underway, ensuring employees are supported through the transition. Your work will include impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and designing communications and training that help people embrace new ways of working with data. About the Team This role is part of a small, agile team driving a pilot program that combines analytics and change to uplift data literacy and improve decision‑making across TAC. You’ll work alongside our new Senior Insights Analyst and other stakeholders to deliver a considered change approach that complements existing initiatives and sets the foundation for sustainable cultural change. What we’re looking for Change Management Expertise You have experience designing and delivering change management plans, including impact analysis, stakeholder engagement and communications. Familiarity with PROSCI or similar methodologies is highly desirable. Collaboration and Influence You thrive in a collaborative environment and can influence stakeholders at all levels. You’ll work closely with project teams, business leaders and the Senior Insights Analyst to embed change effectively. Adaptability and Problem‑Solving You’re comfortable working in a dynamic environment, tailoring your approach to suit different audiences and project needs.
