Overview A unique creative leadership opportunity to shape the future of an Australian specialty gifting brand, driving design innovation and growth. This is a key leadership role as Creative Product Director within the executive leadership team, defining and driving the creative and product strategy for the company’s continued success. You will lead new product development and design innovation, working with a skilled design and production team to deliver commercially compelling product ranges that reflect the brand's integrity and resonate with customers. You will set the vision and roadmap, oversee the development process, manage execution, and guide the team through each phase. You will translate market trends, data insights and consumer needs into meaningful product outcomes that continue to delight customers. In this hands-on role, you will prioritise competing design demands and coordinate the efforts of Product Managers, Production, Sales, and Operations, ensuring product releases meet deadlines and performance expectations. You are a natural collaborator, building strong relationships with colleagues, senior stakeholders and global customers, and take pride in developing amazing brands with great people. With 10+ years of experience in new product development and design innovation, you are creatively brilliant—a confident self-starter who takes action and enjoys pushing boundaries to create the best products on the market. Responsibilities Take the helm of new product development and design innovation, translating market trends and consumer needs into meaningful product outcomes. Define and drive creative and product strategy, setting vision and roadmaps for commercially compelling product ranges. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Production, Sales, Operations) to deliver on time and to quality standards. Guide the team through each development phase and ensure releases meet deadlines and performance expectations. Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, senior stakeholders and global customers to uphold the brand’s reputation for quality. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in new product development and design innovation. Strong creative vision and a proactive, action-oriented mindset. Proven leadership and mentoring能力 to support a design and product team. Ability to collaborate across functions and with international stakeholders.
