Our Mission We partner with children, young people, and their communities to deliver personalised, inclusive, and therapeutic care. We empower every young person to be valued, heard, and supported in leading their own life, through the provision of allied health, youth residential, support coordination, and lifestyle support services. The Role As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for supporting and guiding a team of Lifestyle Support Workers (LSWs) to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. You’ll play a key role in mentoring staff, coordinating services, and ensuring that our clients receive the best care possible. A typical day might include: Providing leadership, coaching, and supervision to LSWs Supporting clients with complex needs and ensuring services align with their individual goals Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure holistic support Monitoring compliance with NDIS standards and organisational policies Managing documentation, incident reporting, and staff performance Work Hours This is a permanent full-time role (38 hours per week) About You: You’re a confident, compassionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re calm under pressure, a great communicator, and passionate about supporting both clients and your team.
