Based in Officer and Lynbrook VIC Full time role, Monday - Friday. Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Manager to lead the delivery, growth, and continuous improvement of the Head to Health service across Officer and Lynbrook. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day program operations, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage intake and triage processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care to individuals seeking mental health support. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of service operations across two sites. Provide strong clinical governance, quality assurance, and ensure alignment with relevant frameworks, standards and contract requirements. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal staff, external stakeholders, community partners, and funding bodies. Manage budgets, reporting requirements, operational performance, and service efficiency. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ongoing improvement across the program. Conduct triage and intake assessments, risk assessments, and support consumer care coordination as required. About You You are a resilient, people-focused leader who is passionate about improving mental health outcomes in the community. You bring: Qualifications in Mental Health, Counselling, Social Work, Psychology or a related field (with registration such as AHPRA, AASW, PACFA, ACA or equivalent). Experience working in mental health, with management or leadership experience is highly desirable. A minimum of 2 years' experience in mental health is required. Proven experience in administration, program management or supervisory roles. Strong knowledge of stepped-care models, contemporary mental health practice, and evidence-based approaches. Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to interpret data, report outcomes, and use insights to guide program development and decision-making.
