Located in the northern suburbs of Perth our clients are a rapidly growing and highly successful 400 staff company within the construction, Mining services and rail industries. Due to growth the CFO would now want to add to the successful finance team with the addition of a project Accountant. Responsibilities Maintenance of the financial records of the company and ongoing projects Preparation of regular financial reports to management & the Board (particularly weekly AR, AP & cash flow forecast reports) Primary point of contact with our external accountants Delivery of month‑end accounts and monthly management report preparation Taxation & compliance matters Preparation of end‑of‑financial‑year reports and audit reviews Primary point of contact for the company banking relationships Budgets for major projects Qualifications 3 or more years experience in Australia as a management, financial or project accountant Ideally CA/CPA qualified or in the process of obtaining it Good time management skills Experience with MYOB or XERO Excellent leadership skills and experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Permanent right to work in Australia Previous experience in construction, mining or rail industries highly regarded Desire for a long‑term position Benefits Salary between $115,000 to $135,000 + super Fantastic promotion prospects Ongoing career development and industry update training Low staff turnover company Friendly team Exciting major long‑term projects with a rapidly growing company Located in the northern suburbs of Perth At Select Staffing we value and respect our candidates so every application is treated confidential at all times, For a confidential chat about this vacancy or any of our other vacancies please contact Andy on *** or ****@selectstaffing.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
