Visit The Welcome Experience | NSW Government What You'll Be Doing Provides support services for all aspects of network Junior Medical Officers (JMO) coordination processes in Southern NSW Local Health District (SNSWLHD) to ensure the right people, with the right skills are recruited in a timely manner to meet workforce requirements. Selection Criteria Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience in related field. Well developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication, consultation and negotiation skills. Experience in Payroll and working in a Human Resources environment, interpreting Awards, Agreements and Employment Legislation. Evidence of ICT and records management skills using databases and Microsoft suite. Proven time management skills with ability to meet deadlines in a complex high-volume environment. Current unrestricted driver’s licence and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires.
