Position Overview Join the exciting journey of our brand‑new, purpose built Schofields service, catering for 120 children across six beautiful learning rooms. As a Diploma Assistant Educator, you will support your Room Leader and fellow educators in creating engaging, high‑quality programmes that nurture each child’s growth and development. This is your opportunity to be part of a new centre from the very beginning, building strong connections with families, supporting your team, and helping to foster curiosity, creativity, and care in every child. Responsibilities Lead and guide the educators in your room, fostering teamwork and professional growth. Plan, implement, and evaluate high‑quality learning programmes in line with the EYLF and NQS. Maintain effective routines and a safe, organised, and engaging learning space. Champion the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care. Build strong, respectful relationships with families and keep them informed of their child’s progress. Support the centre’s culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.
