The Australian Good Food Guide – Burleigh Waters QLD In this customer‑facing role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued restaurant subscribers; handling inquiries, resolving issues, onboarding new customers, and providing exceptional service that keeps our customers coming back. What you’ll be doing Onboard and set up new clients Effectively manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner Provide product information and guidance to help customers understand our services Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to management Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery What we’re looking for First and foremost, someone who loves food, wine and hospitality as much as we do.
