The Co Agent works in partnership with the Lead Agent to generate listings, manage buyers, and support every stage of the sales process from appraisal to settlement. They are the frontline partner responsible for driving revenue through sales, prospecting, nurturing relationships and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Core Purpose To convert opportunity into results by qualifying leads, matching buyers to properties that convert to sales and ensuring all client communications are timely, consistent, professional and outstanding in experience. Typical Profile Naturally energetic & people oriented who thrive on face-to-face interaction and communication. Have strong sales instincts and are not afraid to pick up the phone. Have strong Follow Up Discipline. Run tight processes and don't need to be chased. Responds well to structure and accountability, is process driven and coachable. Tech savvy & organised. Are well presented, brand aligned - look and behave like an extension of the Lead Agent. Highly competitive but collaborative. They want to win — listings, sales, opportunities — but not at the expense of the team. Delivers exceptional customer experiences helping to create an attraction model business for the Lead Agent + EBU. Key Responsibilities Buyer Management Respond promptly to buyer enquiries across all digital and phone channels Conduct open homes, private inspections and make follow up calls the same day Qualify buyers, assess their needs and match them to current or upcoming listings Provide regular buyer feedback to the Lead Agent and assist in negotiating offers (off ers) Co-ordinate + attend Building + Pest inspections, Valuations + Pre Settlement Inspections Nurture buyers & manage buyer database and ensure accurate notes in CRM Conduct daily prospecting calls (Leveraging the Listings, Sales and Results + Old OFIs, Hot Buyers, Past appraisals, Pipeline Sellers, Changeovers + referral network) Qualify leads and book Listing Presentation Appointments for the Lead Agent Conduct market research to identify new listing opportunities Seek out, attend + network community events to grow market share Maintain consistent pipeline momentum through scheduled follow up calls + nurturing Listing + Campaign Support Assist the Lead Agent in preparing for Appraisals and Listing Presentations Attend Listing Presentations as required, providing support and local insights Conduct VIP, Pre Market and property inspections Ensure marketing campaigns launch smoothly including photography, copy, video capture Liaise with the PA + Lead Agent for campaign coordination, vendor updates and reporting Client Care + Communication Maintain regular contact with buyers to provide updates and feedback Ensure communication between buyers, vendors, and solicitors remains professional and proactive Manage open home registration, follow up and buyer qualification processes. Deliver Pre and Post Settlement follow up Represent the Lead Agent's brand with professionalism and integrity in every interaction Negotiation + Deal Support Assist the Lead Agent in negotiating offers and managing multiple buyer situations Prepare and present offer + contract documentationCommunicate terms and conditions between parties with accuracy and discretion Support the Lead Agent with auction day coordination and buyer management Marketing + Profile Growth Contribute to social media, video content and marketing initiatives Attend photo shoots and video productions for listings and personal branding Promote sales results, just listed/just sold campaigns and area success stories Support community and sponsorship activities aligned with the team's marketing strategy Success looks like Prospecting focused: calling past Appraisals + Buyers, leveraging listings, sales + results and consistently booking Listing Presentations for the Lead Agent Every buyer lead is followed up included online enquiries, referrals and open homes leads with 24 hours resulting in database growth, nurturing buyer leads to sales and through to settlement Provides buyer feedback to the Lead Agent to communicate with sellers and pipeline sellers Attends, contributes + is prepared for 1:1 and Team Meetings CRM data is complete, up to date and useful for decision making Clients describe their experience as seamless, organised + exceptional The EBU operates with rhythm and structure - not chaos Please submit your application to ****@ljhookerct.com.au. #J-18808-Ljbffr
