Through individualised, local, community-based support we remove barriers, increase life choices, and empower people to have meaningful relationships and connections.The Opportunity:Come and join our team We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Brunswick who speaks Italian. You will be responsible for support a customer with daily living tasks, supporting them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different, but your work will be centred around the following: Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home Providing support with hygiene and personal care Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication Meal assistance which may include meal preparation Assistance with slide transfers What shifts are we offering?
