What you need to become our newest Agile Business Analyst Can quickly build rapport with your clients and teams by listening to them and guiding them You have experience in developing and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders ranging from senior leaders to your colleagues on the development team You can facilitate and manage workshops of varying sizes in terms of the number of participants as well as a range of topics from training to requirements gathering You are required to be inventive, innovative and experimental, but also focused on what the business needs and how you can help it get there Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in Agile tools and technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello Certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or IIBA Agile Analysis Certification is a plus Elabor8 has a strong demand from our clients for our people and agile ways of working, so we need more like-minded individuals to become members of our team.
