Position Overview The Marketing Manager will serve as a key strategic leader, responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the company’s end-to-end marketing initiatives. This role requires a visionary thinker with proven hands‑on experience in digital marketing, brand storytelling, international market expansion, and cross‑functional leadership. As our go‑to‑market lead, you will work closely with senior executives, external partners to position our platform as an industry benchmark, cultivate customer trust, and generate sustainable demand across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with company vision and commercial objectives. Define brand positioning and messaging across digital, social, media, and PR channels. Develop integrated go‑to‑market strategies for new products, features, and market segments. International Market Development Lead global brand campaigns and adapt messaging for regional markets. Oversee relationships with international agencies, media outlets, and strategic partners. Ensure marketing compliance with international regulations and cultural nuances. Direct the planning and execution of multi‑channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, content, paid, and organic social). Leverage performance analytics to drive data‑informed decision making. Own and report on key metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI, brand awareness, engagement, conversion. Supervise the creation of high‑impact marketing content, assets, and visuals. Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital and offline touchpoints. Collaborate with design and product teams using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Media Relations & Public Presence Serve as a brand spokesperson when needed in interviews, panels, or PR events. Develop PR strategies and manage relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers. Craft investor‑facing collateral, press releases, and executive communication materials. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business , or a related field (master’s degree preferred). 8+ years marketing experience in a high‑growth or technology‑driven environment. Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns across multiple regions. Expertise in full‑stack marketing: SEO/SEM, CRM, analytics, content, and performance marketing. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; confident in media and investor‑facing environments. Advanced proficiency in Figma, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar tools.
