Senior / Principal Consultant - IT Project Management

Joining Allianz Consulting means working in an international environment alongside talented colleagues, excited to shape the future of Allianz with business impact for Technology & Innovation.You willProvide professional consulting service for our clients within Allianz Group across the globeIT project management in hybrid or agile set-ups, driving progress across workstreams to fulfill top quality deliverables, comply with ambitious deadlines, and proactively find solutions for challenges with strong stakeholder management and communicationMeet client requirements, analyze, and understand their business needs in the context of transformation, technology, and innovation assignmentsConvince our clients with experience and best practice in IT project management consulting across business sectors and along the insurance value chain, confidently presenting statuses and solutions for key stakeholdersContribute to sales pitches as well as internal consulting service development with your ideas and experience together with colleagues across practice areasExcellent Master’s degree in business informatics, business engineering, or a comparable course of study5-10 years of professional experience with at least 3-5 years in IT project management & transformation consultingPractical experience and preferably certification in IT project management, e.g. ITIL, PMI, ScrumPassion and experience in business & IT transformation management with topic ownership / responsibilityStrong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressureAnalytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experienceAdvanced skills in MS Office 365, JIRA/Confluence, Power BI & MS AnalyticsExcellence in presentation and communication, with strength in facilitation, sales, and conflict managementFluent in written and spoken English and SpanishInsurance business experience is not required but a plus, the expectation is that missing experience will be caught up fast during employmentWe offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working from abroadWe believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location)From career development and digital learning programs to international career mobility, we offer lifelong learning for our employees worldwide and an environment where innovation, delivery and empowerment are fosteredFlexible working, health and wellbeing offers (including healthcare and parental leave benefits) support to balance family and career and help our people return from career breaks with experience that nothing else can teachAbout Allianz TechnologyAllianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Group.
