Lead Product Designer Domain, a leading property technology marketplace and part of CoStar Group, is seeking a Design Lead to drive innovation within the Audience division. The role collaborates with Product, Engineering, and SEO to connect buyers and sellers with relevant agents and agencies. Key Responsibilities Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and SEO to oversee the user experience from conception to launch. Contribute to strategic decisions, shaping priorities and scope during planning. Design and prototype solutions that meet customer needs and achieve business outcomes. Conduct user research to build empathy and evaluate solutions during the delivery phase of projects. Ship high‑quality products at a high velocity, balancing trade‑offs and constraints within a cross‑functional scrum team. Lead or facilitate workshops to foster collaboration and alignment. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field. Experience : Minimum five years in product design (UX/UI) with a strong portfolio showcasing user‑centred design principles. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices. Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams (product managers, engineers). Experience contributing to and maintaining a design system. Experience on B2C products, comfortable with experimentation, and a track record of using data to inform design decisions.
