Multiple positions are available. Provide a genuine positive first and last impression welcoming our guests to the island. Deliver a great hospitality experience in person and by phone whilst maintaining strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety. About the Job Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during arrival and departure Follow cash and security procedures Ensure reservations have correct rates Accurately record and pass on messagesEnsure Guest Experience is a priority on all occasions Maintain a positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and rates Desired Skills and Experience About you Project a professional image at all times A 'quick thinker' with excellent communications and problem-solving skills A good team player, assists others without being asked Excellent telephone etiquette combined with negotiation and selling skills Manage time effectively and productively Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure Develop and maintain co-operative working relationships Proven Front Office/Reception experience and knowledge of Opera/Fidelio is required.
