Apply now to be part of our team. 360 Degrees Facility Services Mechanical Engineer About Us 360 Degrees Facility Services specialises in comprehensive facility services, primarily focusing on maintaining government housing projects and other building facilities. We excel in routine and specialised cleaning, and our expertise extends to a complete suite of maintenance services, including new construction and repairs, paving, electrical and plumbing, air conditioning installation and repairs, rendering and painting, and pest control. We position ourselves as a single‑source solution for businesses that require both top‑tier cleaning and a broad spectrum of expert maintenance and repair work. We are currently seeking a full‑time Mechanical Engineer to be an integral part of our growing team. This key role will ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of building facilities, with a focus on power systems, fire and safety, and plumbing. The ideal candidate will be results‑oriented and possess excellent time and task management skills, enabling them to hit the ground running and contribute immediately to our operational success. Key Responsibilities Oversee the preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of all HVAC units, such as chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, air handling units, etc. Monitor and ensure the optimal operation of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Control Systems (FMCS). Manage the maintenance, repair, and integrity of domestic water, sanitary, and drainage systems. Ensure the maintenance and testing of mechanical components in fire suppression systems, such as fire pump operation, sprinkler system components, and ventilation control during a fire. Conduct energy audits and performance analysis on mechanical systems (especially HVAC) to identify opportunities for cost savings and energy reduction. Ensure all mechanical systems comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and government mandates. Conduct safety audits and develop Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for complex maintenance tasks. Supervise and inspect the work of external contractors to ensure quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety protocols. Draft Request for Proposals (RFPs) and evaluate bids for specialised mechanical maintenance contracts (e.g., deep HVAC maintenance, chiller servicing). Skills Required Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Bachelor’s in engineering or a similar field. Quick learner and effective problem solver. Ability to multitask, plan, and execute effectively. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills.
