In the role of Senior Associate , you will join the Client Management & Execution team within Corporate & Institutional Banking that’s doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: Structuring complex real estate transactions and undertaking credit writing. Utilising your financial modeling skills to forecast out cashflows and make recommendations on transactions. Attend Client Meetings with Client Coverage and Product Partners. Monitor and manage the ongoing risk profile of a client portfolio, ensuring portfolio hygiene is maintained to a high standard. Conduct research and analysis to develop industry/sector expertise and knowledge. Attend internal and external stakeholders’ meetings where appropriate to support business outcomes. Provide guidance/coaching to graduates, interns and analysts, associates where required. We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in Property and/or Construction (highly advantageous). Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or Property. A keen eye for detail and ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-performing team.
