Calling all passionate and energetic salespeopleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager based on the Central Coast or Newcastle and wed love to have you on our team. Were challenging the status quo in the financial services industry and reshaping the way Australians manage their wealth. As a Business Development Manager youll be at the forefront of strengthening relationships with mortgage brokers working with both active and inactive brokers to deepen their connection with our brands. Youll onboard and accredit new brokers provide training and ensure they have the knowledge and support to succeed. By leveraging aggregator networks and building trusted partnerships youll drive business growth while also identifying opportunities for commercial lending and asset finance solutions. We're not just looking for someone with mortgage or finance broking experience. If you have a background in lending account or portfolio management or youre a passionate sales professional with a proven track record in business development even outside financial services wed love to hear from you. If youre results-driven great at building relationships and excited by the challenge of stepping into a new industry we believe you can learn the rest.
