The Role As one of our Production Designers, you'll be at the heart of our creative design, reporting to the Managing Directors. You will collaborate closely with our sales team, production and manufacturers to create print‑ready layouts, allowing production to flow. You will need a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator to excel in this role. Your responsibilities will include: Transforming concept uniforms and apparel designs into accurate and print‑ready layouts. Collaborating with the sales and design team to understand and interpret design concepts accurately. Ensuring that designs align with technical specifications and production requirements. Liaising closely with our factory partners to communicate design specifications. Reviewing designs for accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. Effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of design layouts. Contributing innovative ideas to enhance design processes and overall look. Assisting in the creation of design storyboards and conceptual design presentations, when necessary. Qualifications and Skills: Experience as a Production Designer or a similar role in the apparel industry. High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is essential, with the ability to efficiently create and edit vector‑based designs. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred. Strong understanding of design principles, fonts, and Pantone colours. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail‑oriented mindset. A creative approach to problem‑solving and a willingness to work in a team. Passion for sports apparel design. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a design or creative role. Experience working on design projects from concept through to completion. Portfolio showcasing previous design work and creativity. Opportunity to work with a dynamic and creative team.
