Site Facilities Manager Epworth HealthCare is Victoria's largest not-for-profit private hospital group, delivering exceptional care through innovation, compassion and community focus. Reporting to the Group Manager Facilities, the Site Facilities Manager oversees facilities operations across designated campuses, ensuring built assets are compliant, safe and maintained to the highest standard. The role is responsible for leading a team of in-house trades, administrators and contractors, managing preventive and reactive maintenance programs, and contributing to strategic asset management and minor capital works delivery. The position requires strong leadership and relationship management skills, with accountability for budgets, compliance, risk management and system performance across critical healthcare infrastructure. Healthcare experience is preferred with the right mix of technical expertise and stakeholder engagement capability. We are seeking candidates with proven experience leading multidisciplinary facilities teams, a sound understanding of compliance and risk management, and a collaborative, customer-focused approach aligned to Epworth's values. Responsibilities Oversee facilities operations across designated campuses, ensuring compliance, safety and quality standards. Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of in-house trades, administrators and contractors. Develop and implement preventive and reactive maintenance programs. Contribute to strategic asset management and delivery of minor capital works. Accountably manage budgets and monitor system performance. Maintain risk management protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Proven experience leading multidisciplinary facilities teams in a healthcare or similar environment. Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management and safety standards. Excellent leadership, teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage budgets and deliver projects on time and within budget.
