The role Crown Sydney is looking for a passionate and service-oriented individual to join our Residential Concierge team. Crown Sydney is home to a number of apartment owners and occupiers within the ultra-prestigious Crown Residences at One Barangaroo, and as a full-time Residential Concierge, you’ll contribute to delivering personalised customer service experiences, ensuring residents’ needs are met with care and professionalism. This is a busy and dynamic role which will see you providing assistance to our guests for restaurant and amenity bookings, information on apartment features, facilitating access to residential services, as well as maintenance programs. You’ll also work closely with the Hotel Concierge team to support with hotel work overflows, as well as facilitating Crown’s Sky Deck tours to the general public. Some of the key responsibilities will involve: Work collaboratively to deliver smooth and effective daily operations of the Residential Concierge desk Providing services on behalf of residents such as access, facilities, bookings and reservations Providing accurate and timely information and advice to all guests and residents Supporting the Hotel Concierge team with overflow, including reservations, tours and local knowledge Following SOPs and systems appropriately with regard to special requests and account payments Ensuring all room requirements are met and that guest arrivals/check ins are not delayed Ensuring data entry/admin and history records are managed accurately in MYBOS and Opera Liaising with other departments across the hotel such as Housekeeping, Bell, Hotel Duty Managers, and Villas to ensure successful delivery of daily operational requirements Completing daily tours of the Crown Sydney observation deck, escorting to the deck and giving insights into the Crown Sydney resort, local area and key sights of Sydney You’ll have Ability to commit to shifts across a 24/7 rotating roster, including nights, overnights, weekends and public holidays Experience in a similar frontline / customer-facing role within a hotel or residential Apartment environment Understanding of Residential or Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably MYBOS or OPERA) Proven ability and skills to provide superior customer service standards and requirements in a luxury setting Intermediate skills with the Microsoft office suite of products (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams etc) Strong ability to work with and manage multiple channels of communication and technology Unrestricted working rights in Australia What we offer you: Full-time, permanent opportunity based in the luxurious Crown Sydney Complimentary meals at our on-site staff restaurant (variety of hot foods, salad + sandwich bar, fruit and pastries) Opportunity to take part and be rewarded in Crown’s group-wide recognition and awards program Ability to be an active member and contribute to Crown’s community, diversity & inclusion committees Generous discounts across Crown hotels Australia wide, as well as our restaurants and bars Tailored uniform provided, laundered free on-site for every shift Opportunity to be part of a high performing team and work in the exclusive One Barangaroo Residences Access to discounts with various corporate partners across insurance, heath & wellbeing, fashion, banking & finance, technology and more Additional Information What you can expect from us On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
