Job tasks and responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight to Care Partners and Clinical Stream Team Leaders, supporting the Clinical Manager in upholding a robust clinical governance framework that aligns with best practice standards and regulatory requirements. Assists in embedding a positive employee culture which respects individuals, supports change and encourages continuous learning and development to ensure a high standard of care and support is provided to consumers Assists with overall management of the Clinical Governance framework Assists with and oversees and supports the development and review of service delivery forms, templates etc. Ensures and participates in the investigation, resolution/mitigation of service delivery related events (complaints, hazards, incidents, near misses). You’re adaptable, enjoy building relationships, and excel in diverse and evolving settings Registered Nurse Qualification Experience working in an aged, health or community setting. Current motor vehicle driver's licence National Police Certificate obtained within the last three (3) months Working with Vulnerable People card. Highly desirable Experience in Change Management in a complex environment An understanding of risk management principles, workplace health and safety and continuous quality improvement processes and their application in the workplace High level of relationship, team building and communication skills. A high level of understanding for Clinical Assessment, Care Coordination and Service delivery functions.
