Join to apply for the Night Auditor role at IHG Hotels & Resorts Part‑time opportunity Overview Our hotel never sleeps. We’re looking for a Night Auditor to be the friendly face and steady hand during the overnight shift—keeping operations on track, balancing the books, and ensuring every guest ends their day (and starts the next) with a five‑star experience. Responsibilities Process payments, including room charges, debit and credit, cash and cheques in accordance with established procedures Check guests in, out, and manage any wake‑up call requests Answer phones and deal with overnight guest queries Run night audit property management systems or manual equivalents Perform other duties such as concierge services and special guest requests Share a sharp eye for detail to make sure everything’s in order for the next day Qualifications Accounting and mathematics skills for accurate auditing and payment processing Computer literacy, including familiarity with PMS software Strong verbal communication and good listening skills for effective and pleasant interactions with guests and housekeeping staff Customer service experience Benefits Discounts on accommodation, dining, and experiences across IHG hotels worldwide Easy commute, just a short minute walk from town hall station A supportive team that feels like family Opportunities to grow and build your career in hospitality Paid birthday leave Complimentary meals on shift What You Can Expect From Us We give our people everything they need to succeed.
