About the Role We are currently seeking a Part Time Night Auditor to join our Front Office Team. This role involves a minimum of 2 Night Audit shifts overnight between 11PM to 7AM with the opportunity for extra shifts depending on operational business needs. Qualifications Ability to work unsupervised and overnight shifts Ability to work well under pressure Willingness to use initiative and ability to solve problems A hands‑on approach and to be adaptable to workplace situations Team orientated and exceptional customer service skills Great literacy and organizational skills Excellent presentation and grooming Flexible working on weekends and public holidays Ideally, with previous Hotel Night Audit or Front Office experience Previous experience with Opera will be highly regarded Responsibilities Perform night audit tasks for the hotel up to the highest standards during night auditor shifts Perform check‑ins and check‑outs Accommodate the requests and needs of all guests, make recommendations, upsell rooms and related services Proactively communicate any guest feedback to the Night Manager to ensure 100% guest satisfaction Maintain a current knowledge of all room rates and packages available Answer guest queries with professionalism and excellent customer service Benefits Competitive Salary : Be rewarded with a competitive salary for your experience and skills.
