We are conveniently located near Hobarts CBD and famous waterfront offering 242 hotel rooms and spacious apartments along with a restaurant bar and a comprehensive range of meeting and event facilities. Our vision is to provide our guests with unique Tasmanian hospitality experiences enjoyed and recommended by all. We are seeking an experienced casual Night Auditor to join our friendly and professional Front Office team. This position is offered at the Hospitality Industry (General) Award wage level 4. Previous experience in Night Audit or hotel reception is essential and experience with a range of Property Management Systems will be highly regarded in particular Infor HMS. Flexibility is crucial as you will be working a rotating roster with shifts including weekdays weekends and public holidays. Excellent communication skills. A friendly thoughtful and highly organised approach to customer service. A commitment to providing a positive guest experience. A passion for customer service in the hospitality industry. Prior experience leading the night shift and night porter and being able to make autonomous decisions. A professional positive and calm approach to handling customer disputes ensuring the guest experience remains exceptional at all times.
