This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work for a leading Australian landscape photographer on the sales floor of his exquisite Mornington Gallery. To be successful in this role you: Possess exceptional sales skills with a proven history in exceeding sales targets Have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success Are self‑motivated and have a proven ability to negotiate and close sales quickly Are passionate about Mark's photography, nature and travel Are an intuitive, persuasive and determined sales professional with an excellent work ethic Are a goal oriented team player, hungry to chase and convert sales leads Are highly organized with an ability to multi‑task Are confident in using the Microsoft Office suite Are immaculately presented with a 'can do' attitude Are friendly, outgoing, courteous and able to connect well with all people Are reliable and trustworthy, with corporate professionalism and discretion and demonstrate a high level of integrity Core responsibilities of the role: Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPI's Highly effective lead generation from gallery foot traffic Providing friendly and personalised customer service to clients online, over the phone and in the gallery Providing expert knowledge of our products and services to ensure a first‑rate experience for all clients Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with new and existing clients Ensuring the immaculate presentation of the gallery and work environment Must possess Australian work rights to be eligible for this position This is a sales focused role, 2-3 days per week with alternating weekend shifts required. (Must be available to work every second weekend) Although full training will be provided, a strong sales history and exceptional ability to build value, overcome objections and close sales quickly will be integral to your success.
