Who are we looking for? We are working on an exciting assignment with a top-tier mining company for a commercial lawyer to join us and kick-start their LOD career with this assignment based in Perth. This assignment will involve advising on a range of matters including commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, regulatory compliance, and joint venture work. The assignment is full-time, initially running for 9 months with a possible extension. Responsibilities Advise on commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, regulatory compliance, and joint venture work for a mining sector engagement. To join us, you will Have at least 5-10 years PQE, ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training). Be experienced in commercial and corporate law. Be client-centric — commercially minded, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running. Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships. Have previous experience providing legal advice in mining industry or a similar field. What we offer 9-month full-time assignment with potential extension, based in Perth.
