As part of this exciting new chapter, we are seeking an experienced and passionate OSHC Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in establishing a positive, inclusive and high‑performing culture from day one. This is a full‑time position, working 38 hours per week. The salary range is between $40.00 – $45.00 per hour (including Worker Retention Payment), depending on qualifications and experience. About the Role As the OSHC Coordinator you’ll take charge of one of our newest Out of School Hours Care services with up to 30 children – where play nurtures learning, children feel safe and valued, and every day is a new opportunity to grow. You’ll lead with purpose, champion a nurturing team environment and ensure every aspect of the service runs like a dream – from staffing and program planning to compliance and community engagement. Deliver high‑quality, play‑based programs that reflect children’s interests and developmental needs. Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, schools and the wider community. Oversee daily operations, admin, staffing, budgeting and compliance. Be the heart of a space where children feel safe, supported and excited to learn. Engage with families and children to create a supportive and nurturing environment. Oversee program development that aligns with educational standards and community needs. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe and positive setting. What You Bring to the Role Minimum 2 years’ experience in education and care Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent) Demonstrated leadership in a childcare or OSHC setting Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place and child‑protection requirements A child‑safe mindset and a genuine commitment to supporting children’s wellbeing and development Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain) NSW Working with Children Check + Driver’s Licence Increase your take‑home pay through tax savings up to $15,900 p.a.
