We are seeking a dedicated Stock Controller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales department, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. The Signal Group is one of Australia’s largest staff identification and branded merchandise providers. We specialize in creating high-quality branded products for businesses, events, and organizations nationwide. With a reputation for excellence and innovation, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and outstanding customer service. Supporting the sales and operations teams, the primary focus of this role is to take accountability for all stock ordering for the Signal Group. This role will focus on regular domestic and overseas stock orders for production stock, regular stocked lines and all stock requirements for one off orders. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Entering all stock orders for warehouse lines production stock and project orders. Liaising & updating with internal teams about stock ordering and arrival. Responsibility for managing purchasing and stock budgets and providing updates as required. Placing orders in accordance with internal DOA’s and seeking appropriate approvals. Ensuring that master data for all items and orders complies with business needs. Provide customer service on enquiries from a variety of sources, including B2B, B2C, e‑mail and in person queries. Answering inbound customer service phone calls to provide support with placing & following up orders, as required. YOUR BACKGROUND Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. A team player with great communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Experience in the merchandise or manufacturing industry (desirable but not essential). BENEFITS Hotel and Dining Discounts.
