Responsibilities Manage waitlist for the programs in consultation with the Service Support Officer and Housing Coordinator Provide operational leadership to Housing Case Managers Support with recruitment and staff selection, training, induction, performance management Provide client‑focused reflective practice consultations and supervision to Housing Case Managers Contribute to reports and grant/funding applications Qualifications Demonstrated case management experience Strong understanding of housing systems, tenancy management, and related issues such as mental health, AOD and FDV Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support staff while ensuring trauma‑informed, client‑centred, and high‑quality service delivery Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills to work effectively across agencies and sectors Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in high‑pressure, evolving environments Knowledge and experience with the Advance to Zero approach and data‑driven methods to reduce homelessness Tertiary qualifications in community services, social work, or a related field Experience working within Housing First, homelessness, or tenancy support programs Ability to contribute to program development, continuous improvement, and systems change initiatives The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year, a WA Working with Children Card and a WA Drivers Licence. You will also need access to a reliable vehicle with mileage being reimbursed.
