About the Role We are looking for a Sales Associate (Spanish-speaking) to join our growing investment team. This is an entry-level position for someone who is motivated, proactive, and eager to gain exposure to the full sales process within a high-performing real estate investment company. You will support our sales team by generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and reactivating cold leads from our database. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, thrives on achieving results, and is passionate about property investment and wealth creation. This role offers hands‑on experience, ongoing training, and the opportunity to develop strong sales and property investment skills within a fast-growing company. Key Responsibilities Conduct prospecting and outreach activities (calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media). Engage with leads from our CRM to qualify interest and book meetings for our Investment Specialists. Reconnect with past or cold leads and nurture relationships through value-driven communication. Respond to inquiries from marketing campaigns and social media. Support the sales team with admin tasks directly linked to revenue generation. Collaborate with marketing to test campaigns, track results, and optimise conversion rates. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer-facing or sales-related roles preferred. Motivated by results and eager to grow within a sales environment. Excellent time management and attention to detail.
