Your comprehensive knowledge and understanding of what it takes to maintain the highest level of guest experience in a multifaceted hospitality business is essential. You ensure our home is safe, well‑organised, and magnifique at all times, taking great pride in ensuring guests feel a touch of France while dining under your watchful eye. Certificate 2 or 3 in Hospitality or 2 years of relevant experience. Acknowledging our 7‑day a week endeavour, we’re looking for two Head Waiters to create flexibility in shaping your work week. Key responsibilities You’ll work closely with our Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager.
