We are currently seeking a Senior Administrator who will be providing high-level administrative and governance support to the Executive Team. The Position Maintain and update Rosewood’s suite of policies, procedures, and templates, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements. Manage document control systems, version integrity, and review schedules to support organisational consistency and accessibility. Coordinate policy and procedure reviews with document owners and stakeholders. Support the maintenance of Quality Management Systems and assist with re-registration and audit preparation. Provide high-level executive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports and correspondence. Assist with the preparation, formatting, and quality‑checking of executive and board documentation. Coordinate the collation of reports and papers for executive and board review. Identify and implement improvements in administrative, governance, and document control processes. Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure all governance and administrative activities uphold Rosewood’s commitment to safe, high-quality, person‑centred care. About You At least 5 years’ experience in a senior administration role. High level of professionalism with excellent communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong time management and ability to prioritise multiple tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong keyboard skills with excellent attention to detail and speed. Strong problem‑solving and initiative. Experience within the aged care, healthcare, or not‑for‑profit sector is desirable but not essential. Why Rosewood?
