The HSA Bank provides staff with the flexibility to accept shifts based on their availability and allocated unit suitability. To maintain active membership in the Clinical Workforce - Bank, staff are required to work a minimum of two shifts per month across a 24-hour roster (Day: , Evening: , Night: ). Bank activity is monitored monthly, and staff who are not active will be contacted. The Health Services Assistant (HSA) role at Bendigo Health involves supporting Registered and Enrolled Nurses during 1:1 patient observation shifts, as well as performing non-nursing duties that contribute to the smooth operation of ward environments.
