We are seeking an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated team at our Skin Repair Skin Cancer Clinic on a casual basis. We are looking for availability for a few days a week, approximately 15-20 hours per week, possibly more with support for covering sick leave or annual leave. Our clinics opening hours are Monday - Friday: 8.45am - 5.00pm As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a key role in assisting in the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic, you will be responsible for: Warmly greeting and assisting patients Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book Accurate data entry of patient information Processing payments Managing phone and email queries Assisting in tidying up consult rooms Qualifications & Attributes Previous experience in an administrative/reception role within the Healthcare industry or similar is essential Previous experience with medical practice software, such as Best Practice will be highly regarded Customer-focused with a commitment to patient care A strong team player who contributes to a positive work culture Approachable, reliable and dependable Excellent communication skills, professional presentation and positive can‑do attitude Sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients Authorised to work in Australia Leaders in Skin Cancer Medicine Driven by a passion to make a difference and the vision of a world where nobody dies from skin cancer, the health and happiness of our patients are at the forefront of everything we do.
