Overview Join a well-established custom home builder delivering 80-100 bespoke homes annually across Sydney's Northern Beaches and North Shore. Specialising in architecturally designed homes valued between $1M-$2M, this growing business is expanding its team and now seeking a Sales & Production Estimator. With a supportive, close-knit culture, they offer the opportunity to be part of a business pushing into larger, luxury home builds. The Role This hybrid position will see you working across both Sales and Production Estimating. You'll be responsible for preparing accurate costings, supporting the sales team with preliminary estimates, and assisting with production estimating to ensure projects run smoothly from design through to construction. Training will be provided on the sales side of estimating for candidates with strong production experience who are looking to broaden their skills. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review accurate cost estimates for custom homes during both sales and production phases. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and validate pricing. Support the sales team with preliminary budgets and tender pricing. Collaborate with designers, site supervisors, and project managers to ensure estimates reflect project requirements. Assist with cost tracking and provide input on value engineering options. About You Minimum 4 years' experience in Production Estimating within residential construction (custom/architectural homes highly regarded). Exposure to or interest in Sales Estimating (training provided). Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Knowledge of estimating software and industry-standard processes.
