This position is responsible for assisting the North Queensland Manager & Workshop Supervisor by coordinating parts, shipping, basic supply quotes, administration, contract management & onsite access to free up the time of the above mentioned managers. Experience with rotating equipment is desirable however if you have a great can‑do attitude then we want to hear from you. For this position Willing to learn about our range of products Happy to work at different sites on varied applications Enjoy working in a team environment Treats people with respect Is organized and can manage a busy workload Hard working and punctual Resilience and drive to work autonomously The key functions for this role are as follows: Assist North Queensland Manager & Workshop Supervisor with coordination of day‑to‑day operation of the Townsville workshop & onsite operations as well as production. Assist and take charge of customer contract management, continued site access & site compliance of key customer sites. Picking, packaging & organising of freight for Belzona orders. Ensure stock levels are maintained to enhance optimal production efficiency. Hands on assistance in workshop where/when required. Take charge of submission of all paperwork to head office & completing weekly time sheets. Document and record job details in job files and shared drives including pictures. Manage and conduct stock counts as required. Comply with, and comment to improve, Rezitech OHS policy. Compliance with environmental standards and regulations. Assist Workshop Supervisor with workshop jobflow, parts & material ordering & pickups. Data entry of pump testing results in preparation for reports to be compiled. Organising of outgoing freight on job completion. Basic supply quotes (Belzona, ReziSafe ect). Skills and experience Capable of using Microsoft Excel. Exposure to accounting systems in general. Reasonable understanding of warehouse/engineering workshop and distribution processes. Hands on ability/Trade assistant ability. Strong focus on quality/continuous improvement. Forklift licence is highly desirable but not necessary. Capacity to deal with uncertainty. Demonstrated ability to multitask and problem solve across an organisation of similar size and scope. #J-18808-Ljbffr
