Base pay range A$260,000.00/yr - A$300,000.00/yr The Role Working closely with the General Counsel, this newly created position will feature a critical advisory role across the delivery of large‑scale projects. You will advise on complex project delivery, construction, and disputes matters across the full project lifecycle – from contract formation through to execution, completion and resolution. Key Responsibilities Advise on the structuring, negotiation, drafting, and administration of major project delivery contracts (EPC, design‑build, and infrastructure delivery agreements). Support project and executive teams on complex legal, commercial, and risk issues throughout delivery. Manage disputes, claims, variations, and other contentious issues arising from major infrastructure projects. Partner with commercial, procurement, and engineering stakeholders to mitigate contractual and delivery risks. About You At least 8 years’ PQE gained in construction, projects, or infrastructure law , ideally across both private practice and in‑house environments. Deep experience advising on EPC, design‑build, and complex delivery contracts , and managing related disputes or claims. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, and a genuine interest in working within a highly technical project delivery environment.
