About the role We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team in Southport. This role plays a key part in driving cash flow performance, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting strong financial governance across a multi-entity environment. It’s well suited to a proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume settings and brings a solutions-focused approach to collections, reconciliations, and process improvement. Key Duties Generate and issue customer invoices Monitor, manage, and follow up overdue accounts Process and reconcile receipts Complete customer account reconciliations and ledger reconciliations, including month-end tasks Handle administrative tasks such as email correspondence, reporting preparation, and documentation Complete new supplier forms and review credit applications Manage inbound and outbound collection calls Lodge and monitor Equifax credit defaults Provide direct support to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader and contribute to implementation initiatives that enhance processes, controls, and efficiency Collaborate with the broader finance team and support cross-functional requirements as needed Skills & Experience 3–5+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable Demonstrated capability in managing and reconciling high volumes of transactions Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to resolve issues independently and in collaboration with internal teams High attention to detail and accuracy A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to contribute to team development Why Join Pivotel?
