The Opportunity We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Receivable Officer with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join our Finance Team. This is your chance to represent a global powerhouse while making a real local impact. You’ll be responsible for managing accounts receivable and credit risk across our Australian and New Zealand customer base, ensuring our credit practices align with Beko’s global standards. What You’ll Do Review and collect outstanding debts in line with Beko’s payment terms. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding customer account status. Monitor and minimise credit risk through methodical administrative practices. Assess new customer applications for creditworthiness. Investigate discrepancies, arrange refunds, and resolve payment queries. Reconcile claims and debtor accounts monthly. Provide regular feedback to management via debtor ageing and other reports. Prepare and deliver the overdue report, collection forecast, and monthly receivable report. Drive continuous improvement in collections and risk management. Maintain high service standards and ensure quality customer service. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking an organised and results-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong sense of ownership to their work. You’ll bring: 3+ years’ experience in end-to-end Accounts Receivable or Credit Control. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting principles. Experience with an ERP system. Understanding of the legal aspects of debt collection.
