Role: Assistant Director Centre: Goodstart Success Employment Type: Full time, 38 hours per week Pay $40.65 to $41.98 - depending on qualification and experience Responsibilities: Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high‑quality early learning and care Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide About Goodstart Success: We are a small 66 place centre. Prime location – located in the heart of Cockburn, minutes from Gateway Shopping Centre, Jandakot Primary School, cafés, and many gyms. Easy access – close to Cockburn Train Station and major bus routes. Staff parking available – free on‑site parking. Supportive and fun team – welcoming, dedicated team who value collaboration and a positive workplace culture. We provide education and care to children from six weeks to six years. Our educators come from diverse backgrounds making us a truly multicultural centre. We are committed to regular professional development and all our educators hold relevant Early Childhood, First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma qualifications along with Working With Children Checks.
