Opportunity We are seeking a Project Analyst to join our experienced team, working collaboratively to develop and deliver solutions for our client’s sites. In this role, you will support growth objectives by overseeing operations, analysing asset performance, and identifying new business opportunities and strategic initiatives. You will take a data-driven approach to support improvements and changes to operating systems and workflows. This role is based in our Brisbane CBD office, with occasional site visits. What the Role Entails Present clear, actionable reports identifying trends and insights, translating complex data to support effective decision-making. Assess data quality, perform gap analysis, and cleanse data as needed. Engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to improve data management, analysis, and reporting. Support the development and maintenance of procedural manuals for relevant departments. Collaborate with department managers to establish internal data collection guidelines. Work with project teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Prepare and analyse technical mining data to identify areas for improvement. Undertake additional duties to support the team as required. What You Will Need Relevant tertiary qualifications. 2-3 years post-graduate experience in a similar role, within mining or heavy industry is a must. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
