Change Analyst / Project Coordinator 12-month contract | Brisbane-based | Major digital & operational transformation Are you a proactive Change Analyst or Project Coordinator ready to step into a high‑impact role across one of Queensland's most significant SAP programs? This is a rare opportunity to join a leading energy organisation driving transformational change as they uplift systems, processes, and digital capability across the business. The Opportunity Sitting within a highly regarded program team, this blended role supports the delivery of an SAP‑focused transformation, ensuring people, processes, and technology come together seamlessly. You'll work closely with Project Managers, SMEs and Change Leads to support planning, engagement, communications, readiness, and project coordination activities across multiple workstreams. What You'll Be Doing Support the Change Lead with execution of change, communications, and engagement plans. Develop clear and concise communications, training materials and stakeholder updates. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project ceremonies across SAP workstreams. Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, status reports and governance documentation. Assist with impact assessments, stakeholder mapping and readiness checks. Work collaboratively with technical and business teams across Finance, People, Operations, and frontline energy groups. Support project reporting, data consolidation, and program‑wide deliverables. What You Bring Experience as a Change Analyst, Junior Change Manager, Project Coordinator or similar. Exposure to SAP environments (S/4HANA, HCM, ECP, RISE or similar). Understanding of change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci or equivalent). Excellent organisation skills including scheduling, documentation, and governance support. Strong communication skills with the ability to adjust messaging for different stakeholders. Ability to thrive in fast‑moving programmes and work with subject‑matter experts across business and IT. Experience in the energy, utilities or asset‑intensive industries is highly regarded.
