Direct message the job poster from W Solutions Co Founder/Director - Providing unique solutions to your everyday IT challenges I also dabble in facilitating happiness Our client is a global brand and well known looking for a Graduate Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st level support for customers over the phone. This is a 4-6 week contract, starting immediately. It is 5 days a week (37.5hrs) in the office and is located in North Ryde, Sydney within walking distance of the Metro station. It is paying $30/hr inc super. You will get training provided specifically on the products/systems that you will be using/supporting. You will be primarily providing 1st level support across hardware and services around hardware over the phone and email. To be suitable you will need: Previous experience (minimum 6-12 months) in a Helpdesk capacity providing 1st level support over the phone Experience with a ticketing system The ability to respond to queries in a proactive manner and address the issues, keep the customer up to date, or escalate when needed to the senior member/leader of the team Experience providing support across hardware such as printers is desirable or the ability to pick it up quickly Being able to provide exceptional customer service and take ownership of the calls and resolve them where you can This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for more experience and is looking for work to keep going to the end of financial year.
