Software Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Software Project Manager for one of our Singaporean clients with a strong background in software design, development, support, maintenance, and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing end‑to‑end IT projects and leading cross‑functional teams to drive project deliverables on time and within budget. Responsibilities Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Develop and maintain project plans, identifying project milestones, tasks, and required resources. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. Monitor and control project risks, scope creep, and potential blockers. Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring deliverables arrive on time and meet specified requirements. Regularly report on project status to both team members and senior management. Ensure adherence to the company and 's best practices, standards, and project management methodologies. Lead cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring open communication. Continuously identify opportunities for process and procedure enhancements. Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost‑efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, specifically overseeing software design, development, support, maintenance, and enhancement projects. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Acquiring the knowledge and expertise of technical risk management and mitigation. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
