Location: HQ in Townsville but can live in anywhere Northern QueenslandJob Type: Full-time permanent roleSalary: $130k-$150k + super + vehicle + LAHA About the Company Our client is a respected leader in the civil construction sector, known for specialist project capability in roads and pavements across North Queensland. They are seeking a talented, dynamic & energetic Foreman/Supervisor to assist in multiple projects across Northern Queensland. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an dynamic supervisor to step into a dynamic role offering both challenge and growth. To assist in the delivery of key projects across the state and help to grow what is an already established business unit. Project locations vary across Northern Queensland, from Townsville to Emerald to Carpentaria the role requires travelling to remote locations and delivering key infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include: Work across a variety of road, pavement, profiling & stabilisation projects Work closely with the engineering team Ensure daily work activities are delegated efficiently at pre-start Monitor and report on the progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary Supervise the team to ensure the final product meets specifications in terms of design, quality, safety, and budget Plan and schedule work, and allocate resources to meet project objectives Coordinate and participate in safety meetings and inspections What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you will ideally have: Relevant project delivery experience across Northern Queensland Previous experience in a leading hand or supervisory role Knowledge of the local clientel and landscape of the region Ability to travel on rosters for project work Drive, determination & perserverance are a must What’s On Offer In return, our client offers: A competitive salary package including a fully serviced work vehicle Support, care for their employees & work life balance How to Apply For a confidential discussion, please contact Teal Robinson - Recruitment Consultant at Zenith Search on *** or email your updated resume to *************@zenithsearch.com Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
