We are seeking a skilled Civil Procurement Specialist to support the sourcing and procurement of civil works and site infrastructure across our projects in Australia and New Zealand. Key Responsibilities Support the procurement of civil works, site infrastructure, and subcontractor packages for solar and BESS projects. Contribute to the tendering and procurement process, including preparing RFQs, evaluating subcontractor bids, and assisting with contract documentation. Collaborate with project management, engineering, construction, and commercial teams to align procurement activities with project objectives. Assist in monitoring supplier and subcontractor performance to help ensure quality, safety, and delivery standards are met. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance procurement processes and supplier relationships. Qualifications & Experience 3–5 years’ experience in civil procurement within EPC, subcontractor, or construction environments. Estimating experience within the Civil Construction Sector. Experience supporting projects from tender through to construction delivery. Understanding of civil construction materials, site works, and subcontractor management. Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement reporting.
