About the Role The Senior Product Technology Manager is responsible for bridging product vision and technical execution. This role ensures that technology decisions directly support product strategy, customer value, and business goals. In this role, you will lead our development teams through modernisation efforts, technical improvements, and product feature delivery, while fostering strong collaboration between product management, engineering, and customer-facing teams, providing leadership and mentorship to senior developers, architects, and technical leads, ensuring consistency in engineering practices, code quality, and development standards, and building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and pragmatic innovation. As a key advocate for the customer, you will have the skills to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions that deliver measurable value, define and communicate technical direction for the product portfolio, balancing modernisation, technical debt reduction, and new feature development as well as drive continuous improvement in product performance, scalability, and maintainability. What You Need to Have 7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong background in enterprise application development (.NET, SQL, PowerBuilder, or similar). Experience leading modernisation or migration projects (e.g., desktop to cloud, database transitions). Prior experience in the planning and execution of development work, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. Track record in introducing and refining agile practices. Exposure to XML, Web services, SOAP/REST etc. Web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, and enterprise application architecture. Principles of database design. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). What We Offer You Career progression as part of a large global company.
