We are a leading bakery with an outstanding track record in the production of high quality baked goods. We only bake with high quality ingredients, scratch recipes, no pre-mixes. Qualifications & experience Min. 1 year in a similar role considered an advantageA high level of speed and accuracyA high degree of organisational skills and great attention to detailA solid working knowledge WHS and a highly developed sense of cleanliness & efficiency - HAACP training an advantageThe ability to work within a busy environment and think clearly under pressureStrong and healthy, able to lift reasonably heavy ingredients / products Tasks & responsibilitiesWork with a talented team of chefs helping to label, pick and pack products from our daily productionLiaise with chefs to package and organise orders and shop stock for our four shops for safe transportRead invoices and double check that items are placed in the correct categoriesComplete all compliance paperwork in conjunction with supervisor Hours per week, with the possibility of more hours for the right applicantWork in a spacious air‑conditioned facilityBe part of a fast‑paced, professional but friendly teamLearn basic decorating skills from top chefs working with high quality ingredientsUpskill on the jobThis is a casual position with an afternoon start and evening finish, so permanent work visa and your own transport is essential. There is the opportunity of advancement to a full‑time position for the right applicant. Must be in the country already, not accepting overseas applicants.
