Functional Consultant (D365) – Construction & Project Delivery Are you a skilled D365 Functional Consultant who loves solving complex business challenges and guiding clients through meaningful transformation? We’re looking for someone who thrives in project-driven environments and enjoys working closely with customers to shape modern, efficient operational processes. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering a specialised ERP solution used by leading residential construction companies across Australia. You’ll work end-to-end across implementations, partnering with stakeholders to understand their needs, design the right solution, and bring it to life. What You’ll Be Doing Collaborating with clients to translate business needs into smart, scalable D365 solutions Working across all phases of delivery, including discovery, design, configuration, testing and go-live Analysing systems and data, identifying gaps, and recommending enhancements Leading workshops with both technical teams and end users Supporting UAT and training for customer teams Ensuring project deliverables are met within scope, quality and budget Contributing creative, pragmatic ideas to resolve implementation challenges What You'll Bring to the Team Demonstrated success as a Functional Consultant delivering D365 ERP projects end-to-end Strong experience in Job Costing, Project Accounting or similarly project-centric business models Construction or Homebuilding sector experience is highly advantageous (estimating, project costing, scheduling, operations, site management etc.) Ability to engage confidently with both C-suite leaders and operational users Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Excellent communication and documentation skills A “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude and a genuine commitment to client impact Ambition to grow into a Solution Architect role as you deliver successful outcomes Why You’ll Love This Role Real ownership across entire implementation cycles A supportive team with a collaborative culture and global exposure Opportunities to influence solution design and customer outcomes Work that directly impacts how construction organisations operate day-to-day Career progression based on performance and contribution If you’re passionate about helping clients run better projects, building smart solutions, and working with a team that values clarity, accountability and delivery excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
